Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery Policy

DFI ships collectible toys, artwork, apparel, books, and merchandise locally and internationally where available.

4.1 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are not included unless clearly stated on the product page, invoice, checkout page, or official quotation.

Shipping fees depend on item size, weight, destination, courier service, packaging requirements, and insurance availability.

4.2 Processing Time

Ready-stock items are usually prepared after payment confirmation.

Preorder items will be shipped only after production, quality checking, packaging, and final preparation are completed.

For limited-edition toys, handmade pieces, and artist-finished products, additional time may be required for painting, finishing, quality checking, certificate preparation, and protective packaging.

4.3 Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the courier and destination.

Malaysia delivery: Estimated 2–7 business days after shipment.
International delivery: Estimated 5–14 business days after shipment, depending on destination, courier service, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.

Delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, public holidays, courier delays, weather, incorrect address, unpaid duties, or peak season.

4.4 Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, sales tax, VAT, GST, handling charges, or other charges required by their country.

These charges are not controlled by DFI and are not included in product or shipping prices unless clearly stated.

4.5 Packaging

We pack all products carefully using protective materials suitable for collectible items.

For fragile, one-off, or high-value pieces, we may use extra protective packaging or recommend a safer courier option.

4.6 Tracking

Tracking details will be provided after shipment where available.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and responding to courier or customs requests when needed.

4.7 Delivery Problems

If a parcel is delayed, held by customs, marked as delivered but not received, or returned to sender, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will assist where possible, but courier and customs decisions may be outside DFI’s direct control.
